Sebastian Pigott - Alien (Like You)
加拿大影集Being Erica的故事中，有一段劇情是講到一個由未來回到過去，企圖補回人生遺憾的殘缺片段的音樂家Kai，在掙扎不想面對真相的時候，遇見了女主角Erica。Erica第一次被Kai打動的那一刻，就是當Sebastian Pigott飾演的Kai在咖啡店的小舞台上，拿著民謠吉他唱著這首描述他們現況的歌曲。
Sebastian Pigott從加拿大的Canadian Idol（相較於American Idol的加拿大版）脫穎而出，和哥哥Oliver兩人雙雙成為偶像選秀節目中，史上第一對以兄弟進入決賽的選手，雖然最後以第八名之姿被淘汰，後來繼續和Oliver組成了兄弟檔組合The Pigott Brothers。但是除了和哥哥搭配的唱歌事業外，Sebastian Pigott也接受了戲劇訓練，參與了一些電影和短劇的演出，希望能在演藝事業朝向方位發展，Being Erica電視劇的成功，無疑是他目前演藝事業的一大突破。
在第二季開播前，Sebastian和Oliver就為了Being Erica這個連續劇，在旅館閉關了一個週末，寫出幾首歌讓影集的製作人挑選適合使用的作品。最後製作人在幾首作品中，挑了Alien Like You這首歌作為Kai故事線的主題曲，透過編劇巧妙將兩次表演安排在劇情重要的轉折點上，讓所有觀眾都對這首歌印象深刻，而為影集量身訂做的歌詞內容，讓人更加喜歡這首歌了（寫到此時完全轉變成迷弟心態）。
首先在第四集中，劇情安排他以不插電的方式演唱，在台下聽Kai唱歌的Erica深深被歌詞內容打動，認為這無疑就是在描寫他們的歌曲，Erica受到Kai歌曲吸引時的神情，成功將Kai這個角色轉入了Erica的感情主線。
因此到了第二季季末的最後一集時，決定以樂團形式重新編曲出現，同樣用這首歌的再度出現，宣告Kai這名角色的劇情畫下句點，而他和Erica的感情，也就隨著Kai的退場而暫時消失。這樣安排的原因，在背後是因為Sebastian Pigott希望能在其他的演出中嘗試，目前不計畫繼續在Being Erica的主線劇情出現。同時另一方面，也是因為Being Erica第二季的經費問題，而被迫縮短節目長度變成只有13集，因此在這樣的情況下，只好草草了結。
update:
在第二季的廣泛的迴響下，CBC宣佈（新聞）第三季的Being Erica已經開始拍攝，而且Oliver Pigott也透露（不知道為什麼是這個好像比較沒關係的人在爆料？）Sebastian飾演的Kai，也會出現在第三季中演唱幾首歌曲。
